Dr. Stefanny Santana Rivera is passionate about helping patients and families build a foundation for lifelong health and wellness. As a family medicine physician, she values the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with patients across generations and enjoys partnering with them to focus on prevention, healthy habits, and overall well-being. Dr. Santana believes that getting to know each patient's story, background, and goals is an important part of providing personalized care. Her approach is centered on treating the whole person and helping patients make informed decisions about their health. She is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, understood, and supported in their care. Outside of work, Dr. Santana enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, hiking and running with her husband, dancing, learning new languages, and traveling.
