Dr. Jennifer Paisley is a board-certified physician specializing in internal medicine and pediatrics, with a clinical focus on primary care, pediatric and adolescent obesity, and medical weight management. She is passionate about providing compassionate, comprehensive care for patients of all ages, and currently practices at St. Elizabeth Physicians in Lawrenceburg and Greendale, Indiana.
A native of Grinnell, Iowa, Dr. Paisley earned her medical degree from the University of Iowa and completed her residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Missouri – Kansas City. She holds board certifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Pediatrics, and the American Board of Obesity Medicine.
Before relocating to the greater Cincinnati area, Dr. Paisley served as the pediatric medical advisor for adolescent metabolic and bariatric surgery at Unity Point Health in Grinnell, where she provided comprehensive obesity care throughout patients’ weight loss journeys. Her clinical interests also include culinary medicine, nutrition, and food systems—areas she integrates into her practice to support sustainable, healthy lifestyles.
