Dr. Grace Evans is a Family Medicine physician at St. Elizabeth Healthcare who is passionate about building lasting relationships with patients and supporting their health at every stage of life. Inspired by a background in biomedical engineering and a desire to work more directly with people, she values the continuity of primary care and enjoys helping patients focus on prevention, chronic condition management, women’s health, and general pediatrics. Dr. Evans believes in a team-based approach, taking time to understand each patient’s personal health goals and partnering with them to create a care plan that fits their needs. Outside of work, she enjoys biking the trails throughout Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, cooking, porch gardening, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with friends and family.
