No, patients can choose to walk-in or setup an appointment online in MyChart. Appointments are available as an added convenience to help manage your wait or choose a preferred time. 
Walk-ins are welcome, but we can’t promise you’ll be seen right away. If other patients need urgent care with more severe conditions or we’re full, you might have to wait. If your symptoms get worse or it’s an emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest ER. Login into MyChart

Step 1:

Login into MyChart. Navigate to the main menu in the upper left corner.

Step 2:

Click Find Urgent Care within Find Care navigation menu.

Step 3:

Select a location and choose an appointment time.

Step 4:

Verify contact information and select reason for visit. Provide additional information as needed.

Step 5:

Visit Urgent Care at set time. Please arrive 15 minutes before reserved time.

Insurance:

Most major commercial insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid. Patients with Passport must have a referral from his/her primary care provider if needing to be seen before 4 p.m. Monday – Friday.
