Scheduling Your Appointment

Step 1:
Login into MyChart. Navigate to the main menu in the upper left corner.

Step 2:
Click Find Urgent Care within Find Care navigation menu.

Step 3:
Select a location and choose an appointment time.

Step 4:
Verify contact information and select reason for visit. Provide additional information as needed.

Step 5:
Visit Urgent Care at set time. Please arrive 15 minutes before reserved time.

Most major commercial insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid. Patients with Passport must have a referral from his/her primary care provider if needing to be seen before 4 p.m. Monday – Friday.
