A nutrition-based treatment provided by a registered dietitian that includes a comprehensive assessment, individualized nutrition guidance, and ongoing counseling to help you manage blood glucose levels, weight, cardiovascular risk factors, and more.

Medication Training Receive individualized instruction on your diabetes medication, including how it works, dosing guidance tailored to your prescription, safe injection or device-use techniques and site selection (if applicable), hypoglycemia prevention and treatment, and practical tips for safe and effective use.
Gestational Diabetes & Diabetes in Pregnancy Classes We offer both group and virtual classes that provide practical guidance on how to manage your blood glucose levels, eat well, stay active, manage illness, and more, giving you the tools and confidence for a healthy pregnancy.
Insulin Pump & Sensor Program Our team‑based program provides comprehensive insulin pump and sensor training to help you transition confidently to advanced diabetes technology. Our trainers are certified directly by each pump company and are regularly recertified to ensure the highest level of expertise.
Prediabetes Healthy Lifestyle Program This 3‑month program focuses on preventing or delaying diabetes through sustainable weight loss, improved heart health, and balanced eating. It includes practical tools, interactive sessions, and before‑and‑after measurements to track your success.
Succeeding with GLP-1’s Workshop Learn how to get the most out of your GLP‑1 medication in a personalized workshop covering how the medication works, what to expect, how to support results through nutrition and physical activity, and common pitfalls to avoid.

Pricing
Most insurance plans, including Medicare, cover diabetes self-management education and support (DSMES) services. We encourage you to check coverage with your insurance provider using the following billing codes:
- Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES):
- G0108 or 98960 (assessment visit/individual education)
- G0109 or 98962 (group classes)
- Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT):
- 97802 (initial individual visit)
- 97803 (subsequent visits)
- 97804 (group MNT)
- Continuous Glucose Monitoring Training:
- 95249
