Being “Patient Centered” requires more than exceptional clinical care – it requires care that addresses every aspect of a patient’s encounter, including the patient’s physical comfort, as well as his or her educational and emotional needs.

Patient Survey Administration and Analysis
We collect and analyze patient feedback from several sources to provide greater insight about how our patients perceive their experience. These survey results provide increased transparency and aid consumers in their health provider decisions. This information also assists us to respond to our patients desires and expectations of our care.
Service Recovery
At St. Elizabeth Physicians, we strive to anticipate the needs of our patients and families, but there are times when they have concerns or questions about their care. The Service Recovery Office is the liaison between St. Elizabeth Physicians and the patient in addressing concerns and resolving problems.
Complaints are investigated independently and confidentially of the departments and offices involved. If you should have a service concern,
