St. Elizabeth Physicians Practice in Williamstown Achieves Level Three Patient-Centered Medical Home Designation.

Williamstown, KY. (July 20, 2011) – St. Elizabeth Physicians in Williamstown became the first primary care physicians office in Kentucky to achieve a level three rating as a patient-centered medical home from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. The practice, which became certified as Kentucky’s first patient-centered medical home in 2010, is now recognized as the first and only level three patient-centered medical home. Read more.
